Mind | Body

We are products of nature. To find balance, you need to connect with both your mind and body, it is how you can become centered. They are intertwined and of the same being, it does not matter which comes first. It can be as simple as lifting your leg, your mind will communicate to your body in which it will follow. Your mind transforms ideas or messages into physicality. 

 

The mind and body are one so in other words they are two parts of a whole. By loving our body and being compassionate to our minds we can enter into our own consciousness. Our bodies and mind carry wisdom that we can learn from. When you allow yourself to become whole you heighten your level of self-connection and can reach blissfulness. 

 

When the two are not connected you lose yourself and remain disconnected within. This disrupts your inner peace and can alter your judgement. Whatever life brings you, be present. Engage with your life! Begin to appreciate today and what you have. Appreciate the time you have, opportunities, and the future. Remind yourself that the two immediately influence the other whether it be for the best or worst. 

 

Enjoy your well-being. You decide how you respond to a changing life. Respecting your feelings, desires, and body; you will then learn to respect that of others. This is the moment you can stay true to yourself and talk to your body. Our body and mind are our portals to the other. Treat yourself as a whole, use your body as your vehicle, and let your mind drive.
